Class Descriptions

Fit Camp- Get ready to transform yourself in this amazing class! There willbe a variation of cardio and strength exercises and each week is different!

Piloxing- Piloxing workouts are a fusion of boxing and standing Pilates principles.The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components creates a sense of both physical and mental balance for an awesome workout!

Pound - Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of workingout. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements.

Kickboxing- Not only will you be scorching calories, but kickboxing will makeyou feel inspired, empowered, and ready to take life!

Vinyasa yoga, a powerful combination of breath, movement, strength, balance, stretch, and intention


Fit Activities - We also love to go outdoors! Ask for details. Events are posted on a special group Facebook page! We also plan hikes, fun runs, 5k's and more!
