Pilates- Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

Pound - Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements.

REB3L Groove- is a sexy fun HIIT dance format which encourages you to bring down the lights, turn up the heat, and dance your sass on. It’s a safe place where you can go and remind yourself how strong and beautiful you are. Extra bonus, it often also promotes weight loss and pools of salty sweat and definitely generates miles of smiles.

REB3L Strength -is choreographed toning routines...reps set to rhythm.  It creates sculpted bodies and builds physical strength using body weight and minimal equipment.

​SHiNE - No one should go through life hating to workout! We want your workout to feel like a play date or escape with your besties! We keep things fun but still SHiNE is a killer workout. Our original choreography, rooted in traditional jazz, ballet and hip-hop, provides the perfect balance of cardio, toning, and strength components. Each routine is designed to get students out of their head and into their bodies by using the best and most current music out there! Start loving fitness today!


Yoga- Some people get fixated on not being ‘flexible’ enough to do yoga. Let this be a reminder that yoga is so much more than mastering the postures. It’s about taking your attention inward and allowing yourself to be in your body. Mindfully breathing and offering yourself compassion. Come join us on the mat!

​Zumba-What is Zumba? Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
How It Works: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

​Fit Camp- Get ready to transform yourself in this amazing class! There will be a variation of cardio and strength exercises and each week is different! (coming back this summer)

Kickboxing Fitness- This genuinely fun workout targets muscles throughout your entire body, offering an overall tone and a great way to increase strength and burn calories.
Please bring your own boxing gloves. 

Piloxing- Piloxing workouts are a fusion of boxing and standing Pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components creates a sense of both physical and mental balance for an awesome workout!  (Coming back this year)

Fit Activities - We also love to go outdoors! Ask for details. Events are posted on a special group Facebook page! We also plan hikes, fun runs, 5k's and more!

#1 - Click the green "Get Started Here" button above to register for the very 1st time and to get your waiver completed. Once you complete that, please wait up to 24 hours to finish the rest to allow for administrative work.
