Stephanie- Hi, my name is Stephanie! I've been teaching dance aerobics for 10+ years and currently teach SHiNE Dance Fitness. I am a strong believer that working out should be fun, that helps you stick with it. For my real job, I train doctors and nurses on how to use their patient tracking software. I've always been passionate about learning, so naturally teaching aerobics came easily to me. I was diagnosed with severe allergies and asthma as a child and was told that I would always have a hard time breathing. I didn't let that stop me, after many years of medications and management, I am happy to say that I am able to use 90% of my lungs and have been cleared to teach aerobics (teaching aerobics helped me to achieve this goal). I hope that my story encourages people to continue to fight and improve themselves. I hope to see you in class soon!

Andrea- I started my journey 50 pounds overweight. I joined a weight loss challenge, lost my weight and quit smoking.
From there my passion to help people with their health goals came to life.
As a personal wellness coach and Fitness/Piloxing instructor, I work with people who want to improve their health by teaching nutrition and fitness.
It's terrific to hear when clients are able to do activities they haven't done before or haven’t done in a long time!

Tara- I never thought much about my weight. I knew I was overweight but I wasn’t terribly unhappy. I guess I’ve always lived a full, busy life and didn’t focus on it too much. Suddenly one day I got on the scale and saw a number I had never seen before. That was it for me. Seeing that number was just what I needed to get myself in gear. I knew I had to make myself a priority and I did. I began working out a few times a week, changed some eating habits and incorporated Herbalife into my diet. I quickly started seeing results and couldn’t have been happier. It was like a new high for me to keep going and find new exercises I could try and feel good about. Along my own journey I began encouraging others to get motivated to make healthy changes in their own lives just by seeing the changes my body was going through. Having friends and family by my side has been the best part! I also found a love for the Pound workout. I got certified as a Pound Pro and teach classes a couple times a week in addition to showing up for my own workout. I’m happy to still be a work in progress and living the best life I can for me!
Carol –Hi! My closest friends and family call me C.J. (feel free to call me Carol or CJ, I’ll answer to both). I am a stepmother to 5 boys who always keep me guessing, the youngest of 4 sisters, and a lover of the giant dog breeds! At one point, I had a Siberian Husky, Saint Bernard and a Newfoundland.... that’s a lot of fur! Now a days, my boys are grown and I’m down to my Newfoundland. Those that know me and grew up
with me would all agree that I have never had a ‘physical workout’ type of personality... But all it took
was a surprise to my sister at one of her POUND classes, and the hook set. I participated in that fateful
class 2 years ago and haven’t looked back since. It literally changed my perspective on working out, that
it could actually be FUN and ENJOYABLE. Just last year I became a certified POUND Pro to take my love
of the ripstix to the next level. To be able to share the release and freedom one can experience in
POUND class in truly amazing. I am grateful to be given the opportunity to be able to Rock out with you
and can’t wait to hear your story.

Jenn-Hi there! My name is Jenn and I am a certified 200-hour yoga instructor. My journey started in 2016 when I took a flow-based yoga class that combined dynamic movement with mindful breathwork. What started out as a physical activity to help undo the damage caused by a computer-based desk job, quickly became an integral part of my mental health wellness. In 2021, I was presented with an amazing opportunity to go through Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Farm Ithaca. I received my YTT certificate in January, 2022.
Through the practice of yoga, I've learned how essential it is to nurture the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Learning how to pause, listen, and "just be" in the present moment is such a gift. My goal as an instructor is to provide space for others to be themselves and enjoy yoga in whatever capacity they want or need.
When I'm not being "zen" as my family lovingly calls my passion, I can be found enjoying the outdoors with my hubby, two boys, and my chocolate lab Brutus. We love to golf, hike, paddleboard, camp, and be outdoors as much as possible. Unless it's hockey season, and then you can find me at the rink being a goalie mom.
Courtney has been dancing her whole life! She’s classically trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Contemporary. She danced professionally with the Denver Nuggets Dancers from 2000-2003. She began teaching group fitness 2013, starting with Zumba. She discovered REB3L in 2020 & got certified 3 weeks after taking her first class. REB3L represents empowerment, community, redefinition & pure unapologetic fun!
