Tracy- I am a wife and a mother first, and that has been my life for a very long time. I loved watching my husband play softball for many years. Then, found fulfillment with my kid’s successes in the variety of sports that the 3 of them loved. Their wellbeing was always priority and am proud to say they have learned a much healthier lifestyle than I had lived. As any mother will tell you, sometimes taking care of a family will supersede taking care of yourself. Over the years I had gained weight. I found myself with new aches and pains that I did not feel I should be having at my age. At some point it was time to change. I dilly dallied around and lost a few pounds here and there but usually managed to put it back on. Over the course of the last year or so I have found new passions in health and fitness. I am feeling stronger than I have in a very long time. This past summer I participated in Fitness on the Rocks and a 5k mud/obstacle course. I have also done a few other 5ks over the last few years. I LOVE IT!! I am still on my own journey but find it is a way better journey if you have others along with you. I am looking forward to helping others find new happiness in their lives.

Andrea- I started my journey 50 pounds overweight. I joined a weight loss challenge, lost my weight and quit smoking.
From there my passion to help people with their health goals came to life.
As a personal wellness coach and Fitness/Piloxing instructor, I work with people who want to improve their health by teaching nutrition and fitness.
It's terrific to hear when clients are able to do activities they haven't done before or haven’t done in a long time!

I love the outdoors, hiking, swimming, skiing, camping..etc. It is my goal to have the energy to continue doing those things for a long time. I Offer Piloxing classes in Aurora, Nutrition and wellness coaching in Aurora or online, and other fitness classes.

Danelle- 200 HR RYT / Katonah Yoga student / Reiki 1,2 certified
Danelle is a yogini, pediatric nurse, artist and energy worker. She
is a Denver native and began practicing yoga over a decade and
received her training under the Sacred Fig and teacher Anton
Brandt. She is also a student of Katonah Yoga and is a student
under Dages Juvelier Keates and Anton Brandt, currently. Her
focus is on holistically healing the body, mind and spirit and
believes that yoga can attain this feat as well as become a mindful
meditation and vehicle for personal care and self healing.
Angela- After struggling with weight and personal issues, I was in a dark place. I didn't know how to be happy. I tried many things to lose weight and to be myself again, but I always gave up. My husband and I moved to Colorado in 2016. I wanted to feel better about myself and enjoy life again. I found Andrea through a posting about Pound class. Not too long after taking my first class, my life started to change. I was shown love, support, motivation and I realized I could be happy again.
I've lost weight, done workouts, learned how to eat better, and found a family.
Now that I'm in a better place, I want to help others feel better as well!

Jody - Has been teaching Pound with us for a year now!
Lisa Hamilt LMT, NCMT, RYT-200 - I graduated from Baltimore School of Massage in May 2009 and immediately became licensed with the State of Maryland and certified by the National Board of Therapeutic Bodywork. I have since held licenses in Florida, Virginia and now Colorado while also maintaining my professional membership with The American Massage Therapy Association.
In May 2015, I graduated from Zenya Yoga Academy in Newport News, Virginia and became registered with Yoga Alliance. My most recent certification is through Warriors At Ease, a non profit organization which offers an evidence based yoga and meditation training for active duty service members, veterans and their families impacted by war, sexual assault and trauma.
Tara- I never thought much about my weight. I knew I was overweight but I wasn’t terribly unhappy. I guess I’ve always lived a full, busy life and didn’t focus on it too much. Suddenly one day I got on the scale and saw a number I had never seen before. That was it for me. Seeing that number was just what I needed to get myself in gear. I knew I had to make myself a priority and I did. I began working out a few times a week, changed some eating habits and incorporated Herbalife into my diet. I quickly started seeing results and couldn’t have been happier. It was like a new high for me to keep going and find new exercises I could try and feel good about. Along my own journey I began encouraging others to get motivated to make healthy changes in their own lives just by seeing the changes my body was going through. Having friends and family by my side has been the best part! I also found a love for the Pound workout. I got certified as a Pound Pro and teach classes a couple times a week in addition to showing up for my own workout. I’m happy to still be a work in progress and living the best life I can for me!
Wendy- is a fitness instructor and group fitness enthusiast in the Denver area and is certified in Country Heat, Turbo Kick, CIZE, and POUND.
She's always inspired by the sense of community and overwhelming support that comes out of a group fitness environment and is passionate about fostering and sharing that experience to motivate and elevate others to strive for and achieve success no matter where they are on their fitness journey.

Melissa, better known as "MJ," is an outgoing and adventurous trainer with a big heart for helping others.
After battling and still going through her own weightloss journey, she understands how it feels to be uncomfortable in your own skin, exhausted and unsatisfied with where your life may be.
MJ not only encompasses exercise and fitness into her regimens but also focuses on proper nutrition, personal development and service to others. She is AAAI certified as a Small Group Fitness Trainer and Sports Nutrition Consultant.
When she isn't studying or working with clients she can be found reading, cooking, enjoying the outdoors or spending time with friends and family. She is all about positivity and helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
