Tracy- I am a wife and a mother first, and that has been my life for a very long time. I loved watching my husband play softball for many years. Then, found fulfillment with my kid’s successes in the variety of sports that the 3 of them loved. Their wellbeing was always priority and am proud to say they have learned a much healthier lifestyle than I had lived. As any mother will tell you, sometimes taking care of a family will supersede taking care of yourself. Over the years I had gained weight. I found myself with new aches and pains that I did not feel I should be having at my age. At some point it was time to change. I dilly dallied around and lost a few pounds here and there but usually managed to put it back on. Over the course of the last year or so I have found new passions in health and fitness. I am feeling stronger than I have in a very long time. This past summer I participated in Fitness on the Rocks and a 5k mud/obstacle course. I have also done a few other 5ks over the last few years. I LOVE IT!! I am still on my own journey but find it is a way better journey if you have others along with you. I am looking forward to helping others find new happiness in their lives.

Hollie -has been a group fitness instructor since 2001. You can find her currently teaching both REB3L Groove and POUND fitness. For Hollie, fitness is about connection, love, passion, play, freedom, and FUN! It is about meeting yourself where you are and celebrating the life you’re living.
Tara- I never thought much about my weight. I knew I was overweight but I wasn’t terribly unhappy. I guess I’ve always lived a full, busy life and didn’t focus on it too much. Suddenly one day I got on the scale and saw a number I had never seen before. That was it for me. Seeing that number was just what I needed to get myself in gear. I knew I had to make myself a priority and I did. I began working out a few times a week, changed some eating habits and incorporated Herbalife into my diet. I quickly started seeing results and couldn’t have been happier. It was like a new high for me to keep going and find new exercises I could try and feel good about. Along my own journey I began encouraging others to get motivated to make healthy changes in their own lives just by seeing the changes my body was going through. Having friends and family by my side has been the best part! I also found a love for the Pound workout. I got certified as a Pound Pro and teach classes a couple times a week in addition to showing up for my own workout. I’m happy to still be a work in progress and living the best life I can for me!
Jody - I am a wife and mother of three. I enjoying reading, the Colorado outdoors, good food, and kitchen dance parties. I have always enjoyed participating in group fitness classes but the very first time I struck the floor with a pair of Pound Ripstix, I fell in love and knew I had found my passion and my people. I love the community that I have found through this platform and I feel absolutely blessed and so grateful that I am able to share it with others. To witness how a single Pound class can change a person's day, shift their mood, or even transform their life and to know that I got to play a role, brings me so much joy.

Stephanie - I've been teaching dance aerobics for 10+ years and just recently found SHiNE Dance Fitness. I am a strong believer that working out should be fun, that helps you stick with it. For my real job, I train doctors and nurses on how to use their patient tracking software. I've always been passionate about learning, so naturally teaching aerobics came easily to me. I was diagnosed with severe allergies and asthma as a child and was told that I would always have a hard time breathing. I didn't let that stop me, after many years of medications and management, I am happy to say that I am able to use 90% of my lungs and have been cleared to teach aerobics (teaching aerobics helped me to achieve this goal). I hope that my story encourages people to continue to fight and improve themselves. I hope to see you in class soon!
Hello my name is Jessy , I've been teaching for almost ten years now and can say I've loved every minute of it. I've been dancing since childhood and I just can't stop, hence the reason why I decided to become an instructor. Being in a Professional Mexican folklorico dance group when I was younger, I've learned a lot of dance styles from the various regions throughout Mexico. I have combined what I have learned through that experience as well as what I've learned through Zumba certification to instruct my class. Huge thanks to my Dad for pushing me and giving that experience. My greatest joy as an instructor is being able to share with my students what I have learned back through teaching. With that being said , I have received my certifications for AFAA in Group Fitness, Personal Training and AEA Aqua aerobics.
I like to have silly fun in my class as well as get a workout so if that's what you are looking for , please join me either live in studio or online. Don't worry about knowing how to dance, two left feet, just come ready to sweat, have fun and dance your stress away while smiling.... because ........SMILES ARE CONTAGIOUS!!!
